During this busy holiday season, details get away from all of us! Here are a few helpful tips that will help you prevent stress and stay on top of your orders this Christmas season:
Stress Prevention Tip #1
When communicating with your customer and planning your due dates, it is helpful to add a couple of days to your “normal service time” due to the busy holiday season. Unexpected things happen all of the time – winter storms, sick employees, and lots of orders. Adding a couple of days will take the stress off you and if everything goes right, you can impress your customer by delivering your product early!
Stress Prevention Tip #2
Pay attention to due dates in the confirmation emails and check your order status on the web. Watch the estimated due dates on your confirmation emails. This will help keep you informed with how things are running in the lab. Call or email us if you see something that doesn’t look right! We are here to help!
Stress Prevention Tip #3
Schedule time immediately after you photograph to work up orders and send them to the lab. The sooner you get them to us, the sooner you can deliver to your client!

Shipping can be your savior! If you get into a jam you can always upgrade the shipping service to receive your package the next morning! The small extra cost for upgraded shipping far outweighs the stress.
