Happy Independence Day from Our Photo Lab

From time to time, the employees at H&H collect items to send overseas to help meet the needs of our service men and women.  In 2006, we sent such a shipment around Christmas time.  In July of the following year, we received quite a surprise.

H&H Color Lab receives a special American Flag

This flag came to us, along with a certificate stating that it had been flown by 1 LT Joshua D Metsker on July 4, 2007 during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He is with the 105th Engineer Group (combat), 25th Infantry Division.  Along with the flag was a letter thanking us and filling us in on the custom for such a flag.

Per his suggestion, we are proud to fly this flag in place of our regular US flag to commemorate three special days:  Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July.

All of us at H&H hope that all of you have a safe and happy Independence Day.
