Introducing Bridget Brockman, a member of our Album Team! Bridget has been with us for nearly 11 years, initially in the small print department, and has been a part of the Album Team for about two years.
Did you know that each H&H album is individually handcrafted right here in our lab located in Kansas City, Missouri? All of our materials and custom processes that make up our albums are a part of the expert vision of our development and production teams working together to provide H&H customers the best quality, value and service you can find in albums today!

Q: What is your role at H&H?
A: In the Album department, I work primarily with Gallery Lay-flat albums. I review the prints, put the album together and then review it at the end of the process. I think that is one of the things I really like about my job, is being able to be part of the project from start to finish. I am able to see a project through to completion, being able to see an album come from these beautiful images that I get to work with. We feel a lot of ownership and pride in what we do. I think our albums are so perfect and professional, I can’t imagine going anyplace else to buy one.
Q: How do you feel about the leadership at H&H?
A: Management is always receptive if we have new ideas on ways of doing things. It doesn’t mean they can make every change we suggest, but they are always willing to listen to us. We are able to give input on how things are organized in our area as well.
Q: What is your background–what drew you to H&H?
A: I went to school at UMKC for art history with an emphasis in photography. I have always liked photography. I worked in coffee shops through the years, and wanted to do something related to photography, and that’s how I came upon H&H.
Q: Tell me about your family?
A: I am married with no kids, but I do have four cats and two dogs. I’m a sucker for animals. I have taken in a lot of strays over the years.
Q: What are some of your hobbies?
A: I really like collecting old things, especially old vintage images of people, which some might find odd–but I love them. When we have time, my husband and I like to go to estate sales and antique malls. I also like to make cigar box assemblages. I like to create art pieces with old 60’s encyclopedias too.
