Michelle Gabbert Accepts Position of Customer Service ManagerGabbert

We are happy to announce that Michelle Gabbert has accepted the position of Manager of our H&H Customer Service Team. Michelle has been with H&H since 1994, when she
started as an optical printer in our proofing department!

Having worked in many areas of the lab over the years (including art estimation, billing, accounting and also as the Gold Thunderbirds Squadron Leader in the late 90’s), Michelle’s
background serves her well. She moved into customer service about 12 years ago and in that time period championed our move into the digital era.

The experience, knowledge, organizational and leadership skills that she has developed over the past 19 years, all contribute to making her the perfect choice for this position. Her
enthusiasm, dedication and passion to serve adds to the leadership she will provide to our customer service team, and together they will continue to serve and be a strong voice for
you, our customer.

Paper Users

When ordering black and white prints, you have many options.  We offer black and
white images on color paper, inkjet paper, or authentic black and white paper.  Starting March 18, 2013, we will be offering Authentic BW prints in sizes up to 10×15 only.  The
inkjet and color paper options remain available for larger sized prints.
MPSManaged Project Service Changes
It is our desire to make the school season as easy and seamless as possible for you! Our experience teaches us that that the key to this is proper preparation in advance. Proper
advance preparation will help potential problems surface early, allowing enough time to address and resolve these issues. This can only result in reducing pressure on the studio and
school; thus helping you provide a successful school season for your client!

Because of this we have made some changes to our Managed Project Service to work more directly with the studio to prepare for the upcoming season.  The biggest changes are around the
setup and approval process, as well as fees.

We have also changed our website to include easy-to-use tabs showing the different phases of a school season.  Getting off to a good start is always important, so be sure to review
all phases of our updated program…especially paying close attention to the first tab – Phase 1-Setup/Approval.

As always, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you in your school photography business.  Feel free to contact a member of our Customer Service Team if you have any questions.
