As your fall season is about to pivot into full swing, we thought it would be helpful to review some of the updates we’ve released in the last 9 months to keep them fresh in your mind before starting your fall season.

hhimagehost 2017 prepay updates

  • “Build your own package” – You may setup a package to be a “Build your own package” then define different “items” for your package that your clients can choose from to provide flexibility and higher margins for your business.

  • Expanded the number of green screen backgrounds to max 25
  • Simpler password terminology – If a studio is using passwords on prepay, we changed text on consumer side from “individual or group password” to “passcode”
  • Expanded coupons capability
  • Increased browser security for all student and athlete-entered data fields
  • Multiple orders from same family – We’ve written prepay v2 so that it remembers the credit card name and contact info while maintaining credit card security on multiple prepay orders in the same family
  • Price lists – added ability to overlay the entered price on a marketing image. Simplifies price list creation for people who are using add-ons to the package screen. You no longer have to add the price to the marketing graphic. Just check the box and your price will be overlaid on the marketing graphic.

  • Passwords – Consumer can now enter multiple passwords up front. Enter a password; click “add a password” – so that family with multiple children can have a simpler way of viewing all of their children’s’ images at once.

  • “Build your own package” – added link to consumer shopping cart page add more items if not all points used.

  • Order report – added ability to run report on “received” status

Consumer landing page 2017 Updates

  • Studio home page consumer event search – Studios may now choose to hide this “View All Events” link on the consumer landing page to keep a full list of events from being visible. The event search now requires 3 characters to search for an event.

  • Contact Us page better optimized for mobile and captcha added to reduce studio spam
    Also remember that you can add your own “Contact us” messaging or FAQ in plain text or html

Back office tools 2017 Updates

  • Studio settings – add ability to hide “view all events and organizations” link – this is for the studio that wishes to keep the full list of their events private and strongly feels they have handled the ability for the consumer to know the event name , use the event search feature (which requires at least 3 characters)and to find their event
  • Reports – Accounting report – List of events is now alphabetical to help find events more easily
  • Reports – multiple new sorting and filtering features added for simpler reporting
  • Email marketing report – Added event url, their password, and whether a purchase was made to the report to help studio better target marketing emails
  • 2nd Sale product sales report – view and analyze the products that have sold on 2nd sale to make informed decisions about what prices and products to offer for fall

Powerful, underutilized tools

  • Organizations – Assign events to an organization to provide one landing page link for all types of online sales for a school, company, or sports organization
  • hhimagehost Proof Plan Order Export – automated import into hhschools
  • Sports Online Sales – did you know you can use hhimagehost proof plan as a sports 2nd sale and offer ANY of H&H’s 2,500 school and sports products? Use the “Ship to Home” option on hhimagehost and hhschools, automatically import the orders and submit to H&H for simple, inexpensive, fast reorder and late order handling!
  • Prepay Picture Day Order Report – Simple, clean report that shows a list of everyone who has made a purchase for this event. Use this to be sure you are photographing everyone who has made an order.
  • Prepay V2 and Proof Plan V2 – remember that “V2” events are optimized for mobile. Except for rare exceptions all newly created events should be on V2 to maximize your sales as the majority of consumer web browsing is from mobile devices
