We all know this industry has been in a continuous state of change for the past 10 years and quite frankly it is still changing. With the influx of new photographers, less expensive equipment and our current economy – the perception of the “professional” photographer has been impacted. It is up to the professional photographer to be certain that perception is a positive perception.
I am of the belief that what differentiates the true professional from the hobbyist is the use of light, composition, professionalism, quality and product offerings.
The industry is full of opportunities for an aspiring photographer to truly learn how to improve upon their craft and how to operate a sound business. It is also a time for experienced photographers to learn how to change and adapt to the current marketplace and continue to evolve their business to be more successful than ever before.
H&H is proud to be not only a supporter of education, but a source of education for professional photographers. Many years ago H&H led the educational initiative with the founding of H&H University which provides opportunities for learning and educating photographers at all stages of their career.
We are proud to bring some of the best educational opportunities to you again in 2012.
